Agentic Construction Management System

Malaysia's architecture, engineering and construction industry runs on documents, relationships and regulatory approval. A typical project moves through the CCC submission lifecycle on scattered files and communication groups: RFIs drafted from precedent templates, Architect's Instructions printed, wet-signed and scanned, OSC checklists assembled by hand for each local authority, and submission status tracked in a spreadsheet or from memory. Poor coordination and authority rejections cause delay, cost overrun and liability to PSP.

This system brings consultants, contractors and clients onto one project workspace with a proactive AI agent at its centre. The agent prepares morning briefings, tracks deadlines, assigns tasks, watches for email updates from the authorities, checks work against building regulations, drafts email replies, and generates submission drafts. On top of it sits a customisable agentic layer, with default AI agents for each specialisation plus custom agents.

Compliance answers are grounded in Malaysian building regulations, including the UBBL 1984 by-laws and local authority regulations. Email communication, task assignments and submissions to authorities all pass through a human approval queue, and the system is accessible even on construction sites via mobile devices.
